WHY GREEN YOUR HOME?

Filed under: real estate — admin @ 11:34 pm

Saves money, adds value, and it’s good for the environment.  Where should you add these green features?  According to Amy Lemen in the following article on the web

 http://www.texasrealestate.com/web/2/21/index.cfm,

the most impactful green features would be energy star rated appliances, Low-E windows, and insulation.   If your are looking to purchase a home without green features, you can roll in the costs of energy efficient products into your loan through an energy efficient mortgage.  Visit our website at www.archwoodproperties.com, and go to our finance section under the resource tab for helpful information regarding energy efficient mortgages.  Also, it’s very important to work with a realtor who is EcoBroker Certified , because he or she will understand the added benefits and comforts to green features.  Please contact us at info@archwoodproperties.com if you have any questions regarding green products for your home and energy efficient mortgages.
